Very happy with the inspection and glad we got it done! Because the house was in very poor condition. The inspector took the time to chat with us, explain his findings, and answer our questions. Highly recommend!
Great communication David and Karen Contacted the agent, Did the property inspection within a few days of contracts signed subject to. The report has photos and had plenty of detail for my wife and I to make an informed decision on our property purchase. The report and service is professional. Thanks iSPECT. Highly recommended.

I required a inspection asap and didnt understand the process. The team was very pleasant to deal with, organised the inspection time efficiently. They were clear on their remit and made sure to look at the specific issues that i wanted. Sales staff and those receiving the call were also efficient and poliet. Would highly recommend them!

I had a great experience in hiring iSPECT for my pre-purchase building and pest inspection. They were professional, thorough and quite fast getting the job done. Inspection performed at 3:30 pm and I was given my report on the same day by 9 pm. I highly recommend them to others. Cheers to the team and David Roth( my building inspector)
